I worked 2 small jobs for expresss in beaverton. I found them initially professional. I never wasreferred a temp to hire position in office work as I requested. When I moved to transfer my file to the local Salem office area and called to alert them my decision to accept temp to hire and stop do short term jobs per the cost of daily travel, the agent seemed upset and mentioned her "filing out paperwork for unemployment" She sounded angry and I felt threatened. Sure enough she reported me as not calling at all and referred the information to OED. In fact, I was interviewing in Beaverton area for a permanent job. I was very upset that someone has this kind of power, but it was ruled in my favor. It helped that I had a history of finding my own jobs.
